I. Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the design review and provide scientific analysis and judgment on the achievability from the perspective of structural design;

2. According to the determined new projects, complete the structural design of new or improved products, and solve structural problems in product development (including analysis, optimization, proofing, testing and other related work);

3. Responsible for the preparation of product certification materials and assist in the follow-up of new product certification;

4. Responsible for following up the production of product prototypes, assembly and debugging, and complete design verification and problem improvement;

5. Continuously optimize and improve the existing product structure, research and develop new structures and new technologies, improve product performance and quality, and reduce production costs;

6. Organize the mold department to review the feasibility of product structure design, and follow up the mold making process; be responsible for the review of mold samples, design revisions and final approval of parts; follow up the progress of product mold opening;

7. Provide technical support for new products from trial production to mass production, and solve various structural problems in the development process;

8. Develop technical documents related to product production (BOM, engineering drawings, sample confirmation, etc.) as required, and formulate relevant standards for controversial issues in production;

II. Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design, structural design or mold manufacturing, etc., engaged in consumer digital, medical electronics and other related products for more than 2 years of structural design work experience;

2. Proficient in using Pro/E, CAD and other drawing design software to engage in product structure design, familiar with the use of office;

3. Able to model independently, and design ability is preferred;

4. Familiar with the characteristics of commonly used plastic materials and hardware materials, understand mold manufacturing and product surface treatment processing technology, and related industry standards;

5. Able to independently complete the overall product and component structure design, and carry out mold development, proofing, etc., with strong teamwork spirit and communication skills;

6. Familiar with the production process and assembly process of the product, and understand the standards required in the design of the production and processing technology of each component;

I. Responsibilities:

1. Follow up the procurement progress of various materials.

2. Responsible for the payment application and expense reimbursement of procurement expenses.

3. Follow up the test progress of the samples.

4. Assist suppliers in development work.

6. Assist in the negotiation and signing of basic procurement agreements, confidentiality agreements, specifications, and environmental protection agreements.

7. Manage supplier files.

8. Assist supervisors to establish and improve procurement management procedures and management systems.

II. Qualifications:

1. Have more than 2 years working experience in electronics factory procurement.

2. Experience in purchasing electronic materials, accessories, packaging materials and plastic shell materials.

3. Have business documentary experience, good communication and coordination skills.

4. Familiar with supplier review and management methods and methods.
